Jenks is a city in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, United States, and a suburb of Tulsa, in the northeastern part of the state. It is situated between the Arkansas River and U.S. Route 75. When I return, this morning, from my early walk with my dogs, the air conditioner was running, but was not refrigerating. The compressor outdoors, was not running. I had had this problem approximately a year ago, and it was deemed a communications problem. Same thing this time. But, Chris could not get the voltages to come up properly on the communication line communicating between the compressor and the main heater unit. He ended up tracking down the problem to two, compromised wire connections, with wire nuts, in conduit that somehow is getting water into it. Another project for me.
Cody came out same day to look at our furnace and ordered the parts we needed right then. They kept in touch to let us know when part arrived and when they did they sent Caleb out to repair the unit! He was kind, fast, and did a great job!
Caleb Patrick was very friendly and came out right away to solve our issue quickly and professionally. We had a great experience with this company and recommend them for any HVAC needs!
At Cody's recommendation, we asked Cody to install a whole-house steam humidifier & an Air Scrubber Plus ionizing air cleaner on our older HVAC system in our 100-year old house. System has been running for two days. The result per my wife Polly: "The air in our house is SO Nice!" Cody's installation has made a tremendous difference to air quality and comfort ... no more dry eyes and corresponding headaches. We just had our winter tune up included with our “Friends and Family” option with Innovative Air Pros! All systems checked and balanced for the upcoming Cold season. Air filters dirty on candle burning side of house, thanks IAPros!!! Caleb went above and beyond with his informative inspections. Innovative Air Pros have taken care of my family’s HVAC since we arrived from out of state over a year ago. Owning our first home with an 18 month old has been fun, except dealing with our HVAC. Cody was very knowledgeable and has five star customer service. Chris and Trendon flawlessly installed a brand new air handler a couple of months ago. Yesterday Piper and Dakota installed a new condenser, but ran into some problems with manufacturer. They were able to bring another brand new unit, while also renewing our air handler upstairs with new coils, to make our new 10 year warrantied system flawless. I couldn’t be happier and cool! I’ve chosen to sign up with these Pros friends and family plan.
