I highly recommend Panther. My wife and I needed work on our sewer line and called for a quote. They sent out Jacob Payne and he was honest straightforward and professional about the scope of the work. Not only that but he was just an all around real person. We ended up talking about the other work I was doing around the house and hobbies and he offered some advice and laughs. During the work he was always available for questions and he knocked it out quick even when the scope had to grow a bit. I know the work he did is solid and will last. Afterwards he’s followed up with me on the work he did and my other projects.Through the whole thing it felt like a friend helping me through the work and by the end I had made one. The office staff were easy to work with too. All in all they offer high quality work for a reasonable price. I will be recommending not just Panther but Jacob specifically to anyone who needs some plumbing work done.

We had both a gas issue and an issue with our toilet, and we called Panther Plumbing this morning, and they were here within 1.5 hours. Michael was very kind, professional, and honest with us. He gave us all of the possible options for the repair, from most economical to most expensive and was forthcoming about the pros/cons of each, and then let us make the decisions on the right repair for us. He also took the time to make sure we understood what we were paying for, which we very much appreciated. He took the time necessary to do the repairs well, but was also efficient. We would definitely use Panther Plumbing - and Michael for sure! - if we need a plumber again in the future.

The water from the washing machine was coming up through the bathtub and toilet. After running the camera, he saw that it was due to the septic tank. Michael Poss was very attentive to the situation and explained to me the circumstances as he checked them out. I was very satisfied with his professional attitude towards his work. He was very respectful, courteous, and informative. Thank you for the help even though the solution was not a part of your job description. Called Panther Plumbing to repair a gas line leak. Jacob Payne and Andrew Jordan came out the same day and repair the gas line leak. Due to the age of system addition leaks were detected and their recommendations were to replace the old gas piping and bring the system up to code. Jacob and Andrew did a great job of replacing the entire gas lines in my basement all the way back to the meter. They kept me informed of their progress and any issue that did arise. Thanks guys for a job well done, my family and I can sleep safely now and not worry about a gas leak. Jacob and Andrew are professionals and were very knowledgeable about the gas system they were working on. Thanks again guys!
